I am excited to announce that the biggest youth event for the Christchurch Diocese is approaching!
Antioch is the biggest annual camp that we hold for our young people in years 10-13. It is a weekend camp where our youth come together with peers from throughout our Diocese as well as other parts of Aotearoa and explore faith and life together in a fun and dynamic way and grow in their personal faith journey. Antioch has touched so many young people’s lives over the years that it has grown to be renowned in other parts of Aotearoa.
Due to economic challenges there are always families who would be unable to afford to send their young people to events such as Antioch. Our aim is to ensure that everyone who would like to attend our events can do so, regardless of their financial situation. To help us make this possible we ask each year for sponsors to help make Antioch more affordable for everyone.
Supporting Antioch consists of donating any amount towards the cost of the camp. The cost per person for Antioch 2021 is $90. Any support in keeping down the cost of our event and making it more affordable for our young people and their families is greatly appreciated.
