Workshop Description
Music has the power to move us and touch our hearts. This workshop is about using music to reach into the hearts of young people and draw them to God. Fr Chris will show you how you can take your own prayer life and relationship with God and use music to communicate the message of the Gospel in a way that is meaningful and impactful in the lives of the young people you minister too. You don’t have to be a musician or song writer to come to this workshop.
Speaker Bio
Fr Chris Eaton is a Missionaries of God’s Love priest. He is originally from Christchurch, New Zealand. He is currently the novice master in the MGL formation house in Canberra. He is known as the ‘Rapping Priest’. He is planning to releasing an album (EP) in the not too distant future, called: ‘Silence – Enough with the Noise’. Fr Chris has a heart for evangelisation and bring the gospel to young people in a way that is meaningful and transformative.
